Georgie
French & English tutoring with Georgeanne
Bonjour! Moi, C'est Georgie. I am a French language tutor with a B.A. in French from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in French Studies from Middlebury. My studies included immersive language training in Lyon and graduate coursework at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris 3) - the department of European studies, where I lived in Paris for nine months. I also completed a 60-page master's thesis, written entirely in French, exploring the fashion and political symbolism of Marie Antoinette. Whether you're preparing for school, travel, work, or simply learning for the joy of it, I create personalized, encouraging lessons that build confidence in both the French language and culture. I also offer English conversation support for French speakers.
